From the 1981 Farewell Concert. Regardless of how many times I've watched this legendary show, I'm always left amazed at how incredible it all was. Beyond the tremendous emotional toll the show must've taken on Mie and Kei as they performed for their fans for (what was then) the last time, the girls were doing all their famous dance moves on a cold and gloomy late March afternoon in skimpy outfits, and, on top of that, it was lightly raining, so the girls were doing said moves on a soaking wet stage....AND in heels to boot! No wonder the girls literally went to pieces, sobbing their hearts out at the end, clearly the tank had been emptied, they were drained, physically and emotionally once it was over, but, for the time they performed, Mie and Kei were pure troopers and professionals, something that makes me admire and love them even more!
